谢谢老师细腻的描述内在的层次!习性犹如过敏体质的身体,在与过敏原接触到过敏发作后苦不堪言。若是能知道自己的过敏原与之适当保持距离和加强自身锻炼就好了,在努力中!

謝謝Mali把覺察的層次說得好細膩清楚,幫助了我的自我看見。

我也時常因著自己的人際控制模式而感覺受苦;即便是在頭腦層次上、或閉上眼睛連結到內心,或多或少能感知到內在糾結的能量是出於什麼樣的"故事",卻就只能是卡在這裡了。

那份"卡住",是拗著不肯放手。很拗很拗,也不知道在拗什麼,彷彿如果我鬆開了執守的這些故事,我就什麼都不是了,將失去存在感的荒蕪。
